Snack Lab Vending is a proudly Mildura-based, family-run vending machine business owned and operated by Rohan and Kristie Shields — long-time locals passionate about convenience, community, and quality service.

Born and raised in Sunraysia, Rohan and Kristie know the region well. With backgrounds in local industry and a love for the Sunraysia lifestyle, they’re now raising their two children right here on the banks of the Murray. In early 2021, they launched Snack Lab with just two machines installed at a local winery and hotel. Since then, the business has grown to support a wide range of workplaces across Mildura, Red Cliffs, Irymple, Merbein, and surrounding areas — including caravan parks, gyms, farms, construction depots, and more.

From snacks and drinks to combo machines tailored to your site, Snack Lab makes it easy to keep your staff, customers, or guests fueled up — with no-cost vending solutions, flexible product selections, and fast, friendly service.

Rohan personally handles day-to-day operations. Whether it’s restocking your machine, fixing a jammed note reader, or tailoring the product mix to suit your site, you’re dealing directly with the owner — not a call center. He takes pride in reliable service and forming genuine local partnerships.

Outside of vending, you’ll find Rohan coaching sport, hitting the gym, or cheering on his kids at local hockey and boxing events.
